Favelas

In the heart of bustling cities like Rio de Janeiro, Mumbai, and Beirut, my Favelas project finds its inspiration. Drawn from the dense, underprivileged neighborhoods that pulse with life in Brazil, India, and Lebanon, my art seeks to tell their stories.

Through the narrow alleyways and crowded streets of these communities, I found beauty amidst adversity.

From the vibrant colors of makeshift homes to the resilience etched in the faces of their inhabitants,
every corner told a tale of survival and strength.

With each stroke of paint, I aim to capture the spirit of these neighborhoods, infusing them with the vibrancy and hope that define their essence. Through my art, I hope to shed light on the humanity and dignity that thrive even in the most challenging of circumstances, and to inspire others to see these communities not as places of despair, but as sources of resilience and inspiration.
